A BIG thankyou goes to Grant Withers, The Langley Family and Merv Aspinall that turned up to the working be last weekend.

If you have any trouble opening any of our correspondence please email me on the above address and I will then post the correspondence to you. When you receive an email from the club can you make sure you send the receipt back so we know you have received the email.

GENERAL MEETING

          We had a general meeting on the 20^th March. The things that were discussed were:

·        Club buying their own water tank for in the pit wash bay.

·        All of the clubs old paperwork to be sorted and left in boxes at the track due to the date back to when the club started. It will be sorted at the next working bee.

·         We are also updating the key register, so if any one that has keys or lost keys can you please let me know so I can update a new key register.

·        Buddy’s Fire is holding their annual STREET & HOTROD MOTORAMA on the 25^th & 26^th June 2011 at the Rockhampton Show Grounds. Please let us know if you are interested in displaying your car at this event. We need to know ASAP so we can organise our display and passes for you who’s willing to enter their car.

·        There are still a number of vacant positions that need filling. They need to be filled by our next race meeting. Due to they are the clubs important positions that help raise funds for the club. Please contact me if you are interested or able to help with these spots.

RACE MEETING

Due to the amount of work to be done at the track, we have not proposed a date yet.
